Hi, My Name is Mortellaro – I’m Italian and I discovered Treponemes caused Digital Dermatitis 50 years ago.  I thought I’d do some lab work and collect a few…
Wrong!
Although they’re everywhere, I can’t find very many, and those I do find die before I get them back to the lab.
After 50 years – I give up

 

Hi, My name is Erik- from Norway and I have found a way to collect Treponemes:
A really complicated system of chemical devices is needed and I can take them back to the lab.
Trouble is I can’t keep them alive

 

Hi, I’m Jimmy the trimmer – from Scotland I’ve got thousands of Treponemes on my trimming knife.  I get them from every cow and they stay alive OK.
Anybody want some dropped off at their lab?
